Case Communications WEEE Compliance

Case Communications is a producer of Telecommunications/networking equipment.

weee-symbol-vectorThe Waste Electronic and Electrical Equipment Regulations 2006 aim to  reduce the amount of WEEE being disposed of and require EEE producers to pay for its reuse, recycling and recovery.
It recognizes the need to help lessen the environmental impact of electrical goods and aims to comply with current WEEE regulations.
As a member of the Valpak WEEE Producer Compliance Scheme, Case Communications is registered with the UK Environment Agency and is fully compliant with the WEEE Directive and Regulations. Producer Reg. No. WEE/LHB0043SY/PRO.
Case Communications operates an end-of-life take-back policy, whereby any WEEE product placed on the market after 13th August 2005 that carries the Case Communications identification mark may be returned to the Case Communications offices, for re-cycling/reuse, in an environmentally sound way.
Disposal of WEEE products will be outsourced to Valpak.
The same take-back policy will apply where Case Communications supply a like-for-like/new replacement.
